When you request a Quote Recovery Audit, Arbor Brand Development collects the business name, business website, work email address, estimate-volume range, submission time, and limited anti-abuse metadata. Internet addresses are stored only as a salted one-way hash rather than as the original address.

How the information is used

We use the information to assess whether the audit fits the business, respond to the request, prevent abusive submissions, improve the request process, and maintain an evidence-based service record. We do not sell this information.

Retention and service providers

Request records are retained for no longer than 12 months unless a continuing customer relationship, legal requirement, dispute, or explicit request requires a different period. Infrastructure providers may process the information only to operate and secure the service.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting krisnaidu@arborbranddevelopment.com. We may need to verify the request before acting.

This notice will be updated when the service or its data practices materially change.
