Agency referral preflight

Before you introduce a roofing client, clear seven gates.

Choose one roofing business and answer from facts the agency and client can confirm. This page only answers whether that one client is ready for an introduction now. It does not diagnose the workflow or authorize work.

Nothing is entered, scored, stored, or submitted on this page. Do not place homeowner or customer data, estimate documents, passwords, or platform credentials into an initial request.

One client, confirmed facts

A referral preflight—not a workflow audit.

Clear every gate with the roofing business before using the secure request path. An unclear fact is a reason to pause, not a reason to infer an answer.

  1. A delivered-estimate problem exists.

The roofing business already delivers written estimates and some remain undecided. The need is post-estimate follow-up—not lead generation, advertising, or a substitute for selling.

  2. One accountable client owner is named.

One client-side person can confirm workflow and offer facts, approve drafts, own replies, and stop later sending. The agency does not have to invent or assume client facts.

  3. One bounded email workflow is enough.

One existing supported email path is in scope. SMS, calling, CRM migration, live inbox management, and sales outsourcing are outside this initial audit.

  4. The introduction is authorized.

The agency is authorized to introduce the roofing business and provide its public business details and aggregate delivered-estimate range. A public listing alone is not authorization.

  5. The data boundary is safe.

No homeowner names, addresses, contact details, claim information, estimate documents, customer records, passwords, or platform credentials are needed for the initial request.

  6. Sending controls can be confirmed.

The client can confirm an appropriate sending basis, suppression, opt-outs, active replies, known decisions, and human ownership before any later message. Public contact information alone is not a sending basis.

  7. Evidence and expectations fit.

The client can keep sent messages, replies, decisions, accepted work, collected revenue, verified payment, and attribution as separate evidence—and does not require a guaranteed reply, job, revenue, payment, contribution, or profit.

Decision rule

Use the first result that applies.

All seven confirmed

Use the secure path to request one roofing-client fit review with public business details and a rough aggregate estimate range.

One fact is unclear

Resolve it with the client first. Do not turn an assumption into a permission, workflow fact, or performance claim.

A hard gate fails

If ownership, authorization, data, sending basis, stop control, or outcome expectations fail, do not request the audit yet.

Exact commercial and relationship boundary

A fit review is not a partnership, purchase, or performance claim.

Current founding-pilot offer

Arbor's current one-time offer is $350 for the first three verified pilots. A verified pilot means Arbor has confirmed the business identity, one eligible supported workflow, an accountable owner, and a written scope; it does not mean verified performance. A request does not reserve a pilot place or confirm the $350 price. Availability and price are confirmed in writing before payment. Platform, provider, sending, advertising, CRM-migration, and ongoing operating costs are excluded.

Relationship and responsibility

An introduction does not create a partnership, endorsement, integration, certification, referral commitment, commission, exclusivity, white-label arrangement, lead-sharing obligation, or customer relationship. It does not authorize work, payment, platform access, customer-record access, or sending. The roofing business retains responsibility for facts, permissions, approvals, live operation, replies, stops, decisions, and payment evidence. Arbor's initial audit does not contact homeowners or send messages.

Request data and privacy

The consented request form records business name, public website, work email, aggregate monthly estimate range, consent, submission time, this page's source attribution, and limited anti-abuse metadata. Internet addresses are stored only as salted one-way hashes. Do not include customer data or credentials. Review the privacy notice for use and retention.

Evidence boundary

This is an original decision aid—not client work, a case study, testimonial, benchmark, demand signal, legal advice, compliance certification, or evidence of results. No reply, job, revenue, payment, contribution, attribution, or profit is guaranteed. The 14-day review begins only after approved launch and is not an outcome promise.

Inspect before requesting

Keep evaluation separate from introduction.

Review the authoritative scope

The audit decision page controls the current scope, price boundary, inputs, exclusions, and purchase gates.

Inspect generic proof

The original generic sample is illustrative—not client work, a testimonial, or evidence of results.

All seven gates confirmed?

Request one roofing-client fit review.

Use the secure request path only for one roofing business whose public business details and rough delivered-estimate volume you can provide truthfully. Do not include homeowner or customer data. A request does not create a partnership, authorize work, reserve a pilot, or confirm price. Arbor reviews requests during U.S. Eastern business hours.
